Privacy Policy
Last updated July 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how MOLDOPS LLC (“MoldOps,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the MoldOps web application at moldops.app (the “Service”). MoldOps is a subscription software platform for cultured marble and solid-surface manufacturing shops. We are based in Miami, Florida, United States.
Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information.When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and a securely hashed password, along with your shop’s name and business details.
- Business data you enter. Information you and your team add to run your shop — customers, quotes, orders, products, pricing, molds, materials, deliveries, and payment records. You control this data and are responsible for the information you enter about your own customers.
- QuickBooks data.If you choose to connect QuickBooks Online, we access data such as customers, products, invoices, and payments through Intuit’s API, at your direction and with your authorization, to keep your books and MoldOps in sync. You can disconnect at any time.
- Billing information. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number — Stripe handles payment details directly and shares limited information (such as your plan, billing status, and the last four digits) with us.
- Usage and device information. We collect basic usage and performance data (pages visited, timestamps, general device and browser information) to operate and improve the Service.
How we use information
- To provide, operate, and secure the Service;
- To process subscription billing and manage your account;
- To send transactional messages — quote and order emails you trigger, account and security notices, and support responses;
- To sync with QuickBooks when you connect it;
- To provide customer support and troubleshoot issues;
- To improve features, performance, and reliability;
- To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
How your data is separated
MoldOps is multi-tenant. Each shop’s data is isolated at the database level so that one customer cannot access another customer’s records. Access within your own account is governed by the roles you assign to your team members.
Service providers we share data with
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the vendors that help us run the Service, each bound to protect it:
- Supabase — database hosting and authentication;
- Vercel — application hosting and performance analytics;
- Stripe — subscription payment processing;
- Intuit / QuickBooks Online — accounting integration, only when you connect it;
- Resend — delivery of transactional email.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After you close your account, we may retain certain records as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymize the rest.
Security
We protect information using encryption in transit, hashed passwords, database-level tenant isolation, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your data and to promptly address any issues.
Your choices and rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete much of your data directly within the app. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access or delete personal information — to exercise them, contact us at support@moldops.app. You can disconnect QuickBooks at any time from your settings, and you can cancel your subscription from the billing page.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service, plus limited analytics to understand usage and performance. We do not use advertising cookies.
Children
MoldOps is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
